仕事内容:

自社サービス(DXプロダクト)の開発において、UI/UXデザイン全般を担当いただきます。

企画・設計からリリース後の改善まで幅広く関われるため、スタートアップならではのスピード感と裁量を持って働けるポジションです

【具体的な業務内容】

  • Webサービス・スマートフォンアプリのUI/UXデザイン
  • ユーザー課題の分析、仮説設計、情報設計
  • PM・エンジニアと連携した要件定義、仕様策定
  • デザインガイドラインの作成・運用
  • リリース後のユーザー評価・改善提案
  • 社内ツールを活用したチームコミュニケーション設計

※案件は基本的にチーム(4〜8名体制)で進行。経験や意欲に応じて、上流工程から裁量を持って携わることができます。

求める人材:

【必須スキル】

  • WebまたはアプリのUI/UXデザイン経験(2年以上)
  • Figmaの実務経験
  • 秋葉原オフィスに週2-5日来社可能な方(慣れたらリモートも可)

【歓迎】

  • WebもしくはUI/UXのディレクション経験
  • コーディング(HTML、CSS)
  • サービスの潜在的なUI/UX改善を提案した経験

勤務時間・曜日:

週20-40時間を想定しています。

時給 ¥1,600 〜 ¥4,000
