施工管理が効率よく業務を遂行できるよう現場とむきあっていく重要な役割を担います。

【仕事内容】

現場と本社をつなぐポジション|オフィスワーク

現場・原価管理、月次決算など工事全体の管理業務をお願いします。

【具体的には】

現場と本社をつなぐ存在として

工事がスムーズに進行するよう、

工事全体の管理業務をお願いします。

・現場・原価管理

・月次決算

・契約業務

・稟議書の作成

・電話対応

・PC作業

・各種書類作成

・市役所への申請書類提出

※基本的には内勤の仕事ですが時には

現場での打合せなどを行うこともあります。

【入社後の流れ】

施工管理の経験もあるこの道20年のベテランが業務一つひとつを丁寧に教えていきます。

半年~1年かけて長い目線で育てていくので、ご安心ください。1年業務を経験することで、

月や年の業務サイクルも掴めるようになります。

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり172時間

  • 本社勤務

9︓00〜18︓00(実働8時間)

※残業はあっても月10時間程度。

メリハリをつけて働ける環境です

給与詳細


基本給:月給 25万円 〜 40万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

⽉給25万円〜40万円+各種⼿当+賞与(年2回)

・給与改定/年1回あり

・賞与/年2回あり(6⽉・12⽉)

※経験や能⼒等をもとに決定します。

※試⽤期間3ヶ⽉あり(待遇の変更なし)

※上記⽉給に固定残業代は含みません。

残業代は全額⽀給します。

・交通費全額⽀給

・残業⼿当(残業代 全額⽀給)

・資格⼿当(1級施⼯管理技⼠︓⽉1万円など)

・家族⼿当(配偶者︓⽉1万円、⼦1⼈につき︓⽉3,000円)
