仕事内容:

あなたには、転職エージェント事業での営業事務を中心にバックオフィス業務をお任せいたします。

・提案書作成

・経歴書作成、データ管理

・SNS運用

・請求書発行

・支払い、入金管理 など

入社後、業務に慣れてきたらテレワークも可能。また、お子様などのお迎えなどで時短勤務などの相談も可能です。

・研修について

研修後は、基本的にOJTでにて先輩社員の業務を一緒に行い、少しずつイメージをつかんで頂きます。

オフィスは20~40代が多く、わからないことや困ったことがあれば、ため込まずにすぐに聞ける環境です。

求める人材:

【必須条件】

・学歴不問

・事務の実務経験1年以上ある方

・基本的なPCスキル(Excel・Wordの基本操作)が可能な方

・実務でSNS運用の経験

・人材業界・派遣業界での実務経験

変形労働時間制(1年単位)

9:00~18:00勤務、休憩1時間

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給¥243,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥30,700(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
