【仕事内容】

BPOサービス提供企業として最大手の当社で、

IT BPO領域においてインフラ構築案件のプロジェクトを担当頂きます

・インフラ構築プロジェクトのリーダーとして、プロジェクト全体の計画、実行を担当

・プロジェクトチームのメンバーを指導・育成し、タスクの割り当てと進捗の管理

・クライアントとの要件定義やコミュニケーションを担当し、ニーズに応じたインフラソリューションの提案業務

・リスク管理や問題解決を行い、プロジェクト全体の管理

・プロジェクトのステータスレポートを作成し、ステークホルダーへの報告

・新しい技術やトレンドを取り入れ、インフラの最適化も図る

※入社初期は複数案件を先輩と共に担当していただき、徐々に独り立ちをしていくイメージです。

【求める人材】

・インフラ構築案件のプロジェクト管理又はチームリードとしての実務経験2年程度

・Windows系サーバ設計/構築/運用の実務経験2年程度

・Linuxサーバ設計/構築/運用の実務経験2年程度

・Bash/Python/BATなどのスクリプト作成、運用経験2年程度

【歓迎】

・認証基盤の設計/開発/運用経験

・AD設計/構築/運用の実務経験が3年程度

・コンテナ/アプリケーション/プラットフォームの運用経験

【給与】

年収600~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
