A. 在宅の方が利用する小規模多機能事業所で、通い・訪問・泊まりのサービスを提供しています

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. ①利用者さんのバイタル確認や体調管理

②応急処置や医療機関との連携

③ケアスタッフとの連携・情報共有

④料理・洗濯・掃除など家事や利用者の見守りや介助などの業務

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. 高齢者施設での実務経験がない方も大歓迎利用者様との接し方、言葉遣いなど一から丁寧に教えます
