仕事内容:

【業務概要】

KDDI直営店で、au UQプランナーとして携帯電話・スマートフォンをはじめとしたさまざまな商材の販売やスマートフォン教室、展示・イベントの運営企画などを行っていただきます。

・店舗やスマホ教室における接客、講師

・店頭での問い合わせ対応、ご契約手続き、各種受付

・店舗運営(陳列、在庫の管理、プライスカード等の作成、売り場作り等)

・イベントの運営企画

【商材】

スマートフォンやauひかり等の通信商材はもちろん、au PAY・auでんき・金融商品(保険・銀行)など、幅広い商材を扱います。

【研修体制】

入社後は2週間程度のオンライン研修及び集合研修があり、接客マナー、商品・サービス知識をしっかりサポートします店舗配属後もOJT研修にて先輩社員からの手厚いサポートがございます。au、UQブランドを扱うための知識をゼロから教えていきますので、ご安心ください。

契約社員としてご入社いただきますが、活躍により地域正社員への希望転換申請が可能です。経験を積んでいくことで本社勤務や店長への昇格等、幅広いキャリアが待っています。
