JCFS(Japan Customer Fulfillment Solutions)とは、アマゾンジャパンのFulfillment Solutionを追求するオペレーション技術統括本部です。アマゾンジャパンオペレーション業務の中核部門としてオペレーションの各部門を効率的に連携することに貢献します。
JCFSは、リライアビリティー&メンテナンスエンジニアリングファシリティーズ部門(以下RME-F)において、Facilities Service Area Manager(以下FSAM)を探しています。本ポジションは、アマゾンジャパンにおける、デリバリーステーション(以下DS)の設備の維持管理とそこで働く従業員の職場環境の日々改善を、Outsourcingを活用して実現していくポジションです。
FSAMは建屋の建築、電気、空調、衛生、消火、昇降設備の保守点検及び不具合対応や小規模な工事、そしてCafeteria運営や売店、シャトルバスの運行管理、各種資産の管理、FCの運営にとって重要なコストの管理も行います。施設管理では年間保全計画や中長期保全計画のプランと実施、Cafeteria運営では、全従業員が満足できる環境作りに積極的に取組、カスタマーエクスぺリエンスの向上を成し遂げます。 そして従業員の通勤手段であるシャトルバスのダイヤ改正や適切な運行管理とコスト管理でカスタマーに貢献します。
また、サステナビリティにも貢献します。 DS内で発生する消費電力を最適化するべく、省エネ活動を提案・実行します。次に廃棄物の低減を目的としたリサイクル率の向上やコンプライアンスを遵守した運営費用の最適化を協力会社と共に深堀し改善します。
以上の業務をOutsourcing先の協力会社と自社で構築しているコールセンターを管理しながら、その管理体制も改善するべくFacilities Service Senior Area Managerのサポートの元で、提案・実行のリードを担ってもらいます。また、DSや自身の管轄だけでなく、全国のフルフィルメントセンターのRME-F設備管理を行っている各拠点の担当者とディスカッションを含むコミュニケーションを密に行い、情報・学び・成功体験を共有・標準化して展開する業務にも取り組んでいただきます。社内外ともに良好な関係性を築ける高いコミュニケーション能力を発揮し、自ら行動を起こし結果に繋げる、強いドライブ力をもった方からの応募をお待ちしています。

Ÿ20% 安全管理/サプライヤー評価/カスタマーエクスぺリエンス向上/GlobalにAlignした業務の見直し/DS統一での運用ルールづくり
Ÿ20% Outsourcing先の協力会社と、コールセンターの業務改善
Ÿ20% 建屋に関する建築、電気、空調、衛生、消火、昇降設備に関わる保全計画のプランと実施。各種取引先との交渉、関係構築。省エネルギーの実施。
Ÿ15% 廃棄物等やリサイクル品のOperationとコスト管理、処理フローを管理しコンプライアンス遵守
Ÿ15% 予算管理及び予算削減の提案・契約書の見直し
Ÿ5% 各種レポートの作成・契約書の見直し
5% 売店の満足度向上・シャトルバスの運行管理や行政や地域対応
Basic Qualifications:
- 3年以上の施設管理経験(施工管理、技術部門のプロジェクトマネジメント経験でも可)
- 社内他部門および外部ベンダーと協業し、Partnership構築及び折衝経験 ・コスト管理経験
- PCスキル(Excel, Power point, Word)
- ⼝頭と書⾯でのコミュニケーションができるビジネスレベルの⽇本語⼒
- ⽇常会話と読み書きができる程度の英語⼒
Preferred Qualifications:
- 学士号、大卒以上、またはこれに相当する職務経験
- 製造業もしくは物流業での施設管理経験者5年以上
- 業者とのPartnership構築能力及び優れた折衝能力
- 優れたコスト感覚
- 論理的な思考力
- 優先順位判断力及び問題解決能力
- 新しい知識を学ぶことに対する意欲力
- 建物/設備などの改善改良を計画し、実施した経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
