Web事業営業事務

【主なお仕事について】

・Web事業における顧客管理システムでの情報整理

・顧客や取引先との電話・メール対応と問い合わせ処理

・会社窓口での来社対応とアポイント調整

・営業部門のサポート業務と会議資料準備

・各種書類作成とデータ入力業務

・Web事業特有の業務フローの習得と実践

9:00~18:00

もしくは

10:00~19:00

年間休日:120日(115日~125日)

■完全週休2日制(火曜日・水曜日)

■年末年始休暇(実績:10日間以上)

■GW休暇(GWは出勤ですが、振替休暇を設けています。※5日程度)

アクセス:

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥221,000 〜 ¥235,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥35,000(22時間相当分)を含む。22時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

■業界不問事務経験2年以上なら月給228000円スタート

■事務経験無しなら月給221000円スタート ※四半期ごとに昇給の可能性あり
