【主な業務内容】
- 内部監査
- ルネサスエレクトロニクスグループや関連組織を対象に、全社リスク分析に基づく監査テーマの選定
- 監査の遂行、報告書作成
- 監査で認識された課題に対する改善活動の推進
- JSOX評価
- ルネサスエレクトロニクスおよび子会社の財務内部統制の整備・運用評価
- 外部監査法人との連携を含む対応

Qualifications
【MUST】
- 内部監査、JSOX、リスクマネジメントに関する知識・実務経験
- コミュニケーション能力
- 論理的で簡潔な報告書作成
- 改善提案を納得感ある形で説明・提示できる能力
- 英語力(海外監査対象部門との議論、英文報告書作成)
- 目安:TOEIC 800点以上
【WANT】
- 下記に限らず、関連資格を保有している方
- 公認内部監査人(CIA)
- 公認不正検査士(CFE)
- 公認情報システム監査人(CISA)
- 簿記資格
- IT、品質、調達に関する業務経験
- AIに関する知識・経験、データ分析スキル(統計分析、異常値検出など)
- サイバーセキュリティやIT統制に関する知識
