■ ポジション概要

不動産投資・開発を中核に、

企画・開発・販売・管理までを一気通貫で手がけるリヴグループにて、

狭小ビル用地およびマンション用地の仕入れを担う責任者候補を募集します。

本ポジションは、案件単位の仕入れではなく、

「どのエリアで、どの土地を、どの条件で取得するか」という

事業の成否を左右する意思決定を担うハイレイヤーポジションです。

狭小ビル・マンション用地の安定的かつ戦略的な確保

事業収益を最大化する仕入判断・条件交渉

開発・販売・金融スキームを見据えた用地取得

将来的な仕入部門・事業全体の統括

■ 業務内容

【用地仕入(中核業務)】

狭小ビル用地、マンション用地の情報収集

不動産会社・仲介会社・金融機関・地主との関係構築

用地の収支・事業性評価

価格・条件交渉、契約締結

信託受益権スキームを含めた仕入検討

【事業視点での連携】

企画・開発・建築・販売部門との連携

市況・エリア特性を踏まえた仕入戦略立案

中長期の仕入計画・エリア戦略策定

【将来的なマネジメント】

仕入チームの立ち上げ・育成

仕入プロセスの標準化・高度化
