【ケイズコンストラクションについて】

足場工事を主として活動しております。職長をはじめ技能実習生まで20代・30代と若い世代の多い職場です。

事務職として活躍してくれる方を募集しております

専門工事のサポートとなるため、

現場の依頼に沿った適切なサポートをお任せいたします。

【業務内容】

・来客対応(受付、お茶出しなど)

・電話対応(取次やお客様への確認連絡など)

・事務業務全般

・PC入力(材料の在庫管理等)

・書類作成(請求書、提出書類等)

・その他関連業務(採用・人事関連のサポート)

※種類提出時にて外出対応をお願いする場合がございます

〈ポイント〉

基本的にはルーティン業務となりますが、

取引内容や状況に応じて、頻度は多くございませんが、

お客様との対話や臨機応変な対応をお願いする可能性はございます。
