建築・土木だけでなく、試験部、不動産事業部、様々な部署がある中で働きやすい環境を整備しながら、

総合建設業における人事部門は、組織の円滑な運営と社員の成長を支えるため、

採用、教育研修、人事評価、労務管理、福利厚生運営など多岐にわたる業務を行います。

◆採用:新卒・中途を対象に人材を確保し、研修では技術力やマネジメント力向上を図ります。

◆人事評価:公正な基準に基づき昇進・昇給を決定し、モチベーション向上につなげます。
