【POINT】

・介護老人保健施設での理学療法士のお仕事

・ご自宅での生活に戻るための準備として、リハビリを行います。

・歩く・立ち上がる・着替えるなど、日常生活に必要な動作を練習しながら、

・"できる"が少しづつ増えていくことにやりがいを感じられるお仕事です*

【仕事内容】

・在宅復帰を目指したリハビリプログラムの実施

・基本動作訓練・歩行訓練・筋力強化など

・医師・介護・看護職と連携したケアプラン作成

・身体機能のチェックとモニタリング など

※入浴や食事介助などの介護業務はございません
