What you will do
- Partner with HR leadership to refine and execute HR strategies
- Guide managers through employee relations and performance evaluations
- Drive the annual appraisal process, ensuring comprehensive feedback
- Lead onboarding and engagement initiatives to foster a supportive environment
- Translate business goals into actionable HR plans
- Offer HR expertise to enhance organizational policies and practices
- Manage HR systems to maximize their strategic benef
Skills and experiences
- Proven generalist knowledge in HR disciplines, including recruitment and retention
- Track record of impactful employee program delivery
- Deep understanding of regional employment laws
- Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels
- Self-starter with a positive, solution-oriented approach
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Fluency in English highly desirable
