\新規オープン店舗のスタッフ募集/未経験OK一緒に店舗を作っていきましょう

和歌山エリアの賃貸物件を扱う不動産会社でカウンター営業のお仕事をお任せできる方を大募集中

ご来店のお客様に向けて住まいの提案をしていただきます。

<具体的には・・・>

・来客対応・ヒアリング

・物件の提案

・提案書・契約書の作成

・電話・メールでの問い合わせ対応

・物件の案内

※ノルマや飛び込み営業、テレアポなしの完全反響営業です

~ある1日の流れ~

9:15 始業準備・掃除・朝礼

9:30 店舗営業開始(来客対応、電話対応、書類作成など)

12:00 ~昼休憩(自宅休憩もOK)~

13:00 業務再開(来客対応・会議など)

18:00 閉店。終礼、掃除など

18:15 終業

※お昼休憩はお客様の流れを見ながらのため前後する場合有

※社用車(AT限定可)で物件調査に行く場合有

最初は店舗に来たお客様にしっかり挨拶ができれば大丈夫

できることからスタートしていただければ大丈夫です。

不動産の知識や営業の経験がなくても大丈夫

もちろん営業や接客の経験がある方はその経験をしっかり活かして働けますよ

スタッフを1人っきりにしない環境をしっかり完備しています

SNSのグループチャットを使い、お客様を社長や先輩、工務部のチームでフォローする為、新人のうちから安心して顧客対応して頂けますよ。

接客時やお問い合わせ時はマニュアルに沿って対応を行うだけで大丈夫です

提案営業等の必要は一切ございませんのでご安心を

残業もほとんどなし&完全週休二日制でプライベートともしっかり両立できます

【当社について】

和歌山県御坊市周辺のエリアでの賃貸物件の相談を行う会社です。

今回は新規出店の和歌山市で一緒に活躍していただける営業メンバーの募集です。

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 21万円 〜 25万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり1万4100円 〜 1万6800円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり10時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

※宅地建物取引士資格取得者は資格手当有(20,000円/月)

<未経験・入社1年目の場合>

年収296万4000円(月給21万×12か月+賞与他)

<営業経験有の場合>

年収344万4000円(月給24万×12か月+賞与他)
