仕事内容


一般事務として以下業務をお願いします。

  • 顧客・入金情報などの各種入力業務(メイン)
  • かかってきた電話・メールへの対応

来客対応 資料管理・ファイリング 等

営業担当などが入力したデータ・入出金情報等から情報を拾い上げて、既存のExcelひな形に入力していく作業がメインとなります。

場合によっては、各担当へ情報を確認したり「この情報はあっているか?」を確かめながら正確な入力ができる方を歓迎いたします。

※まずは先輩がフォローし一緒に業務を進めていきますのでご安心ください。

【採用基準・求めるスキル】

  • 事務経験不問完全未経験者も大歓迎
  • Excelの基本操作(簡単な関数の理解でOK/SUMやAVERAGEなど)
  • 「正確な入力」+「ある程度のスピード(タッチタイピング)」

※正確な入力ができる方なら多少スピードが遅くてもOKです。

年齢の条件と理由:あり(例外事由3号のイ・36歳未満(長期勤続によるキャリア形成のため))

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日 〜 22日

10:00~19:00

昼休憩1時間に加えて、1時間毎に給与発生するリフレッシュ休憩が10分あります。

実働8時間でも実際の稼働時間は7時間となります。

  • 残業について

実際の残業は月20~30時間以内。忙しい日で1日1.5時間程度です

30時間を超えることはほぼありません。

もちろん、残業手当は残業が無い月にも全額支給されます

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 21万265円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり5万9735円 〜(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり40時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

  • 交通費全額支給
  • 昇給あり
  • 賞与あり(年1~2回)

実際の残業は月20~30時間以内。忙しい日で1日1.5時間程度です
