Position Overview:
Our Client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales professional to join their dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales within the enterprise sector, with a keen focus on sustainability and carbon credit solutions. This role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams, delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify and target new enterprise clients within the designated market segments.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in target organizations.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Present products and services to clients, highlighting the benefits of sustainability and carbon credits.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, report on sales activities, and track performance metrics.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably within sustainability or carbon credit sectors.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Self-motivated, with strong time-management and organizational skills.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-4 years of relevant experience in enterprise sales or a related field.
- Experience in the sustainability sector, particularly focusing on carbon credits and related services, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
