For new ventures, the company is also addressing contributions to stable supply by developing an inventory management system that supports inventory optimization through AI demand forecasting and a pharmaceutical secondary distribution service that supports inter-store transfers and pharmaceutical waste reduction.
Furthermore, by utilizing the patient data accumulated through its services and direct patient touchpoints, the company aims to encourage behavioral changes among patients and healthcare professionals.

【 Job Description】Overview
You will be responsible for product improvement and launching new products as a Machine Learning Engineer for a new product that utilizes Generative AI.
The company is progressing with the implementation of new features utilizing Generative AI, such as LLMs, across the product portfolio deployed in its pharmacy SaaS business.
Furthermore, examples of Generative AI utilization in pharmacy operations are scarce, making this a domain where there are no clear answers regarding "what features to provide, at what price point, and how to deliver them.

In this position, you will be involved from the perspective of a Machine Learning Engineer in multiple enhancement projects leveraging Generative AI for existing product groups, as well as patenting projects for Generative AI use cases with an eye toward future social implementation.
The primary duties will include the following:
・Problem definition, experimentation, and evaluation of use cases related to Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as speech recognition and data structuring.
・Design and implementation of the proprietary product and experimentation infrastructure.
・Defining challenges and formulating improvement measures based on data analysis of product usage.
・Planning and validation aimed at patenting new use cases.
Since the product is used in the core operations of pharmacies, high reliability and quality are demanded.
In carrying out these duties, you will be required to balance various aspects of quality, including not just accuracy, but also cost, speed, security, and AI safety.
