【仕事内容】

資産運用型マンション(投資用ワンルームマンション)の提案営業をお任せします。

電話やリストを用いたアプローチから商談、契約、アフターフォローまで一貫して関われるポジションです。

<業務内容>

  • お客様への電話・リスト営業(アプローチ)
  • 商談(先輩の同行あり/必要に応じて引継ぎ)
  • 資料作成(テンプレート使用可)
  • 契約対応・クロージング
  • アフターフォロー(物件購入後の対応)

<将来的には>

  • 後輩育成・OJT
  • 営業フローの見直しや業務改善
  • チームマネジメントなどもお任せします

※完全自社内勤務/飛び込み営業なし

※U・Iターン歓迎/駅チカオフィス

  • 不動産売買営業の経験(1年以上)
  • 普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

勤務時間・曜日:

10:00~19:15(実働8時間/休憩1時間15分)

月給:40万円~100万円+高額インセンティブ+賞与年4回

  • 入社1年目/23歳/年収800万円(月給30万円+インセンティブ)
  • 入社2年目/25歳/年収950万円(月給33万円+インセンティブ)
  • 入社2年目/30歳/年収1800万円(月給50万円+宅建手当+インセンティブ)
