同社の体験会に参加し、トライアル入会されたお客様を担当します。家計管理や資産形成に関する多様な悩みに寄り添い、お客様が理想のライフプランを実現できるよう伴走支援を行います。

<扱う商材>

  • 同社のお金のトレーニングプログラム

金融商品の販売は一切なく、中立的な立場でお客様の資産形成を支援します。家計管理からNISA・株式投資、保険、相続まで、100以上のカテゴリーからお客様に合わせたオーダーメイドのカリキュラムを作成します。

<仕事の流れ>

  • お客様との面談(平均7〜10回)

オンラインまたは対面にて、マンツーマンでお客様のライフプランやお金に関する課題をヒアリングします。

  • カリキュラムの設計・トレーニング

ヒアリング内容に基づき、お客様に最適なカリキュラムを設計し、トレーニングを実践します。LINEを活用した家計管理トレーニングや、各種専門家から学べるセミナーなども組み合わせ、お客様の行動変容を促します。

入社後は、金融知識を基礎から学べる研修をご用意しています。証券外務員の資格取得支援制度もあり、未経験からでも着実に専門性を高めることが可能です。将来的には、コンサルティングのプロフェッショナルを目指すだけでなく、本人の希望や適性に応じて、マネジャーや商品企画、セールス(個人・法人)、新規事業開発など、多彩なキャリアパスが用意されています。

【応募資格】

  • 必須要件

・営業経験(個人・法人不問)

  • 必須ではありませんが、金融(証券/保険など)、不動産、自動車、スクール、ブライダル、高価格帯パーソナルジム/エステサロン等でのセールス経験や、基本的な金融リテラシー、または金融教育・資産形成への興味関心がある方はなお歓迎です

お金の不安に終止符を打つ」をミッションに、個人向けの金融教育事業を展開している同社。主力サービスであるマンツーマンのお金のトレーニングは、累計8万人以上が受講する日本最大級のサービスへと成長を遂げました。2024年にはJ-FLEC(金融経済教育推進機構)が設立されるなど、国全体で金融教育への関心が高まっている追い風も受け、顧客数も増加の一途を辿っています。お客様のニーズが多様化する中、より質の高いコンサルティングを提供し、組織を進化させるため、新たな仲間を募集することになりました。

【勤務時間】09:30〜18:30(実働8時間・休憩1時間)

時間外労働の有無:あり/月平均30時間

下記2パターンで勤務が可能です。(応相談) ※シフト制ではありません。

9:30〜18:30(所定労働時間8時間 / 休憩60分)

13:00〜22:00(所定労働時間8時間 / 休憩60分)

【給与】

400万円〜600万円

月給制 基本給246718円〜その他、月ごとおよび半期ごとの表彰や社員紹介に伴うインセンティブ支給制度があります。20代で年収1000万円を目指すことも可能です。

上記基本給に加え固定残業代(月45時間分として87282円以上)支給。固定残業時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は別途追加支給。
