ママが子供と一緒に通えてスキル・キャリアップできるママ専用オンラインスクール事業でマーケティング業務を担当していただきます。
【具体的には】
・自社サービス/事業のマーケティング戦略の立案・推進
- インハウスのデジタルマーケティングの運用・改善
- 広告代理店を活用したデジタルマーケティングの推進
- LPO、各種広告などのクリエイティブディレクション
- 既存ユーザーやSNSを巻き込んだプロモーション施策の推進
- 新規の顧客獲得モデルの立案・検証
- CRMによるリードからの売上・LTV最大化の企画立案・推進
- プロダクトサイドの改善も交えたマーケティング・販促施策の企画・推進
【求める人材】
・デジタルマーケティング領域のご経験5年以上、または戦略コンサルティングファームでのご経験3年以上
【歓迎】
・事業責任者として数億円~数十億円の事業管理経験がある方
・広告代理店でのデジタル領域の運用業務も含めた業務のご経験がある方
・プロジェクトマネジメントのご経験がある方
・事業課題に対する高度な仮説構築・検証推進スキルがある方
・経営・事業コンサルティングのご経験がある方
・高度な業務オペレーションを構築されてきたご経験のある方
・新規事業の仮説検証やPoCなどのご経験がある方
【給与】
年収700~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
