北新地駅から徒歩2分

大阪駅前第2ビル、地下2階にある鮨店です。

カウンター席とテーブル席あり。

【主な業務】

寿司調理業務及び商品開発をお任せします。

メニューを埋めつくす多様な鮨と一品料理あり

お鮨がお酒のアテになるよう、

ちょうどええサイズの「シャリコマ」で提供。

ネタは毎朝魚市場で目利きする「上質なネタ」のみを使用し、

鮮度はもちろん、味付けなどにもこだわっています。
