・車両ナンバーの確認 / 照合

・トラック運転手への対応 / 誘導

・車両の入退場管理と列整理

・無線を使用した連携 / 報告業務

・工場内外の出入口での安全確認

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 22日

・平日(月〜金):7:00〜16:00(実働8時間/休憩1時間)

・隔週土曜:8:00〜17:00(実働8時間/休憩1時間)

※土曜日は月に2回まで。希望があれば月4回まで出勤も可能です。

※日曜日は基本的にお休みです。

・朝は早いですが、夕方にはしっかり帰れます

・休日 土日休み or 日曜+平日休み(選べます)

・土曜 月2回まで勤務、稼ぎたい人は4回もOK

・急なお休み 体調不良・家庭都合もOK、柔軟に対応します

固定の現場なので、急に休んだときのフォロー体制もばっちり

無理に出勤、なんてことはありません

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 26万6000円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり2万8000円 〜 5万6000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり16時間 〜 32時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

これまでのご経験を考慮します。

経験年数・スキルに応じて、基本給の優遇あり。

前職の給与も、参考にさせていただきます。

【技能手当】

実務に必要なスキルであったり、知識を身につけた方に支給されます。

【役職手当】

現場のまとめ役など、ポジションを任された方に支給します。

長く勤めてくださる方を正当に評価しています。

【通勤手当】

上限15,000円/月まで支給。

無料送迎バスの利用も可能です。
