エンタメ業界で話題のアプリ『peep』にて、原作ノベル(チャットノベル形式)の編集・制作・ディレクションをお任せします。作家やクリエイターとタッグを組み、0→1で新たな物語を生み出すポジションです。あなたのアイデアや編集力が、次のヒット作を生み出す原動力となります

【主な業務内容】

・コンテンツ企画立案、編集業務

・進行管理、追加シナリオ制作

・作家・脚本家・クリエイターのスカウト

・執筆打ち合わせ、プロット・原稿のチェックとフィードバック

・入稿までのスケジュール管理、校正・入稿業務

・担当作品の宣伝・販促企画立案

・オリジナル漫画企画やコンテンツ開発

・イラストレーター・デザイナーへの依頼やディレクション

・コミカライズや映像化などのメディアミックス案件対応

【未経験でも安心の研修体制】

入社後は事業方針や業界知識、編集業務の基礎、シナリオ講座など独自の研修を実施。座学だけでなく、先輩編集者の作品作りや打ち合わせにも参加し、実践的に学べます。編集部では定期的な共有や振り返りミーティングを行い、全員で「よりよい企画を作る」前向きな文化が根付いています。

同じ事業部内にはマンガ編集チームもあり、事業部全体でヒット創出を目指して情報共有・切磋琢磨できる環境です。入社3ヶ月で担当ノベルをリリースする未経験者も多数 ものづくりに情熱を持つ方を歓迎します。

月給:280,000円~500,000円

月給には、固定残業代59,400円~(35時間分)、固定深夜残業代3,400円~(10時間分)を含みます。超過分は別途支給。

※給与額は経験・スキルを考慮のうえ決定

・想定年収:336万円~600万円

(賞与なし/残業代・交通費は別途支給)
