仕事内容:

訪問診療前の準備や診療中のサポート、事後処理など、医師が患者様の診療をスムーズに行えるようなサポートをします。また、スケジュール管理や医療機関との連携もあります。

現場へは医師のほかに最初は先輩も一緒に同行し、最初は3名のチームで行動します。

〈具体的な業務内容〉

・診療に必要な物品の準備

・患者様のバイタル測定

・患者様やご家族への説明

・運転業務 など【運転業務について】

・車の特徴:AT車・バックモニター付きの車両になります。

・高速運転:首都高速を利用するケースはありますが、毎日ではありません。

・運転講習:院内で運転講習を実施しているため、運転に自信がない方でも丁寧にサポートします。

※分院:現在は浦安駅すぐ・浅草橋駅すぐ・一之江駅すぐの3ヶ所に展開

・訪問エリア:江東区、台東区、墨田区、文京区、荒川区、中央区、江戸川区、葛飾区、港区、品川区、台東区、千代田区、浦安市、市川市、船橋市、他

・入職後は医師+先輩スタッフの3名体制で同行スタートいきなり全てを任される心配はありません。

■勤務時間

9:00~18:00(実働8時間/休憩60分)

※当番制で月2~3回程度オンコール勤務あり

※オンコール対応の曜日相談や対応自体も適宜相談可能

■残業時間

平均10時間~20時間程度

※月残業0時間になるように、DX化や人員補充により日々改善しております。

給与:

■給与

月給245,000円〜

■内訳

・基本給:215,000円~

・資格手当:30,000円

■諸手当

・残業代は別途全額支給

・賞与:年2回(6月・12月)

・昇給:年1回(昇給は経験・能力に応じる)

・副主任:10,000円/月、主任:25,000円/月

・往診手当:オンコール時、件数に応じて別途支給

・オンコール手当:1回5,000円~10,000円

・出動手当:あり

・住宅手当:上限35,000円/月(クリニックより2km圏内に居住した場合)
