【仕事内容】
里の家は少人数の高齢者施設です。
施設の通いや泊り、自宅への訪問を通して、
ご利用者の日常生活を支援します。
施設では、食事や入浴、着替え、
排泄の介助、散歩、調理等、日常生活の支援です。
介護スタッフは10名在籍しています。
(男女比:1:9、50代〜60代活躍中)
調理がありますが、普段からご自宅で家族の食事を作られている方であれば大丈夫です。
日勤(8時~17時)もあり、送迎や訪問があります。
自動車免許(オートマ限定可)が必要になります。
〇休みの相談も柔軟に対応
シフト制で月に8~9日の休み、
その内、3日は希望休OK。
その他にも早番、遅番、夜勤の回数等も
出来るだけ相談にのっています。
〇緊急時の対応も安心
ご利用者さんが急変の時、
近くに住む管理者がすぐに来てくれるので安心。
スタッフには看護師もいます。

夜勤も希望によって3回からあります。(夜勤手当支給)
施設内の研修があります。安心して始められます。

7:00 出勤 食事介助(ご利用者と一緒に朝食を食べます)
8:00 清掃、洗濯
9:00 申送り ラジオ体操
10:00 調理
11:30 食事介助(ご利用者と一緒に昼食を食べます)
12:00 休憩
13:00 記録記入
15:00 おやつ準備
16:00 退勤 ~お疲れさまでした~
《遅番の主な1日の流れ》
10:00 申送り 散歩
12:00 昼食介助
13:30 休憩
14:30 入浴介助(1人30分位で、4~5人をゆっくりと入浴介助)
18:00 夕食介助
19:00 退勤 ~お疲れ様でした~

・熊谷駅、行田駅、東松山駅から車で15分。 ・熊谷駅北口から、東松山駅行きバス 「上恩田」下車、徒歩10分。 ・熊谷駅南口から、ゆうゆうバス"ひまわり号" 「中恩田」下車、徒歩2分。
給与詳細
基本給:時給 1370円 〜
時給 1370円/時間(手当含む)
資格手当 10円/時間(介護福祉士)
夜勤手当 5000円/回
