私たちは「映像から未来をつくる」をビジョンに、クラウド映像プラットフォームをベースとしたソリューションを展開しております。

創業から10年でクラウド録画サービスでは業界シェア50%を超え、社員数も3名から約500名へと順調に成長してきました。

事業拡大に伴い、顧客・カメラの数・導入業界も急速に増加しています。

この成長を支えるため、システムの安定稼働及び将来を見据えた基幹システムのリプレース開発を推進する社内ITエンジニアを募集します。

単なる運用保守にとどまらず、ビジネスの成長に直結する基幹システムの進化を現場の課題を直接聞きながら自ら設計し、実装・運用まで一貫して携わることができるやりがいあるポジションです。

【具体業務想定】

■契約管理システム(Zuora)と周辺の請求システムの運用保守業務

■基幹システムの改善要望に対する開発業務

■最新のクラウドデータ連携基盤等のノーコードツール開発業務

■将来を見据えた基幹システムのリプレース推進

■社内関係者(カスタマーサービス・業務設計グループ等)との調整

■基幹システムエンジニア(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

【求める人材】

【必須経験・スキル】

■事業会社またはSIer等での基幹システムの設計、開発経験または導入や運用経験

※特に契約・請求・債権管理・会計周りや金融系での開発のご経験

■エンジニアとしてチーム開発をした経験(5年以上)

■技術で業務の課題解決をした経験

【歓迎経験・スキル】

以下のいずれかの経験をお持ちの方、大歓迎です

■業務担当者と対話を行い、要件調整・要件定義を行った経験

■システム開発のチームリーダー経験

■事業会社で社内エンジニアとして主体的に課題解決をした経験

■様々なステークホルダーを巻き込みマネジメントができる方

■技術と業務の両面を理解し最適な技術選定が出来る方
