「【経営コンサル】メドテック・ライフサイエンス」のポジションの求人です

【期待役割】

・顧客のチームと当社のコンサルタントのチームが一体となってプロジェクトに取組みます。顧客を動かすリーダーシップを発揮できること、あるいは、その気概をもっていただけることを重視しています。

・常に、コンサルタントとしての価値を高めることに対して真摯に取り組んでいただけることを期待しています。

【具体的な職務内容】

医薬品・医療機器をはじめ、ヘルスケア産業にかかわる日系企業の大多数は、グローバルではマイナーな存在です。市場におけるグローバルマイナーな立場にありながら、自社のビジネスを拡大したり、独自の技術を市場に浸透したりすることは、企業にとって、非常に大きなチャレンジと言えます。私たちは、このようなチャレンジに取り組む企業の経営コンサルティングを行っています。

(1)戦略コンサルティング

・事業拡大のための投資の意思決定の支援。

また、その実行のM&Aや提携等の伴走支援。

・異業種からの参入を目指す企業の経営ブレーン。

経営判断に必要な知見を提供したり、客観的な立場で

経営リスクを提示し、対策を検討する支援

(2)実行組織の立ち上げ、伴走コンサルティング

・戦略を実行にうつす際に必要となる実行組織の

立ち上げを支援。顧客と一体となったチームの構築。

・顧客が自走できるようになるために必要な投資の

具体化や実行の伴走

(3)上記のコンサルティングプロジェクトの企画立案

(4)外部パートナーとの事業共創

・日本の健康と医療の課題解決を実現する新たな市場

を創出する事を目指した事業開発の取組み

・新たな市場を創出するためのシナリオづくり、

情報発信、ロビー活動

・メドテック・ライフサイエンスに関わるコンサルティング経験

・メドテック・ライフサイエンス分野の企画業務経験

【歓迎要件】

■統計解析スキル

【給与】

年収 600 ~ 1500 万円

平均年収:1,322万円※2024年度

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
