Key Duties And Responsibilities
担当エリアのマーケットシェアを把握し、代理店と協力しながら、製品のマーケットシェアを上げる
個人の売上/受注/利益の年度目標数字を達成し、営業部の年度目標達成へ貢献する
正確な売上/受注/利益を維持管理し、フォーキャストの精度を上げる
部門内外の関係者に対して効果的な協働と良好なコミュニケーションを行う
Project Managementと協力し、市場の弊社製品の占有率を上げる
ビジネスにつながるマーケット情報を取得・分析し、チームに共有する
当該リージョン戦略及び運営上プロセス策定へのフォローを行う
代理店/コンサル/アンギオメーカー/関係各社への教育活動を行う
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
必須
営業経験( 目安: 7年以上) ※医療機器営業・医療コンサルのご経験歓迎
医療機器市場についての十分な知識
