仕事内容


ナオイオートは、茨城県内で販売店・整備工場・板金工場を多数展開する総合カーサービス企業です。

今回募集する「メカニックアシスタント」は、整備士を目指す未経験の方が 基礎から技術を学べる育成前提のポジション。

最初は車の仕組みが分からなくても大丈夫。

工具の名前、作業手順、車の点検方法など、まったくの未経験から学べます。

6か月間はアルバイトとして働きつつ、適性や成長を見ながら正社員登用を前提にステップアップ。

働きながら整備士資格取得を目指せるため、将来に役立つ技術を着実に身につけられる環境です。

  • 最初に覚える作業

・タイヤの空気圧チェック

・オイル量の確認

・ライト・ワイパーの点灯チェック

・工具の準備と片付け

・洗車・車内清掃

工具を触ったことがない方でもできる簡単な作業から始めます。

  • 慣れてきたら少しずつステップアップ

・タイヤ交換

・バッテリー交換

・オイル交換

・ブレーキ点検補助

・消耗部品の交換

・車検整備のサポート

業務はひとつずつ段階的に進めていくため、自分のペースで成長できます。

  • 毎週水曜日
  • 第2木曜日(毎月)
  • 第3木曜日(6・7・9・10・11月のみ)

ただし、祝日にあたる日は営業日とする

その場合は振替定休日を設ける
