仕事内容


UT東芝の無期雇用派遣(契約社員として直接雇用)として、

発電機の励磁制御盤などの設計業務に携わっていただきます。

発電所の制御盤は、

電力を安全かつ安定して届けるために欠かせない重要設備です。

本業務では、単なる設計業務にとどまらず、

社会インフラを根底から支える技術者としての役割を担っていただきます。

【募集背景】

2026年度〜2028年度にかけて、

発電所関連プロジェクトの案件数が大幅に増加予定のため、

制御盤設計エンジニアの増員募集を行います。

長期的に腰を据えて活躍いただけるエンジニアを求めています。

※事務作業の切り出しが難しいため、

設計業務に加え、見積・資料作成などの事務系業務も

一部ご対応いただく想定です

【業務内容】

発電所に設置される

発電機の励磁制御盤(制御盤)に関する設計業務をお任せします。

・見積対応

・要求分析・仕様書作成

・工程策定・進捗管理

・設計検討・実装検討

・図面作成・設計図書作成

・用品手配

・設計実装・ソフトウェア実装

・関係部門との調整業務

※原子力/火力/水力のいずれかのチームに配属

【必須スキル・経験】

・電気工作物に関する知識

(特に発電設備・制御盤など)

・電気回路設計に関する知識

・制御設計に関する知識

無期雇用派遣とは?

UT東芝の直接雇用(契約社員)の上で、

派遣スタッフとしてご就業いただきます。

通常の派遣は「有期雇用」が多いですが、

当社では"無期雇用派遣"だから安心

雇用期間の定めなし(定年60歳)

安定した収入を確保できる

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり155時間

8:15~17:00(昼休憩 1時間)

給与詳細


基本給:月給 40万円 〜 50万円

固定残業代:なし

月給40万円×12か月=480万円
