POSITION OVERVIEW

フロントオフィスマネージャーとして宿泊部門における全般的な運営責任を有します。フロントオフィスおよびゲストアシスタント、宿泊予約、オペレーターの業務を指揮し、アライバルエクスペリエンスから始まるアマンらしい顧客体験を演出します。部門収入と利益目標の達成に努め、常に安全とコンプライアンス要件、および国内または地域の方針と手順に従ってください。

RESPONSIBILITIES

"人材"

  • チームメンバーの採用、トレーニング、監督業務の責任を有し、サービス品質を管理する。
  • 部門SOPを作成し、必要に応じて都度変更をする。また、そのトレーニングの実施、記録をとる。
  • 週単位でのスケジュールを策定し、新チームメンバーのトレーニングに応じたオンボーディングプログラムの企画と実施、新しいスキルや手順にかかわるワークショップを適宜主導する。
  • 継続的な指導やフィードバックを通してチーム全体の能力を高め、目指すべき業績や成長目標を設定する。
  • チームを成功へと導く労働環境を構築する。また、チームの一体感を育み、常に改善を追求する姿勢を持つ。
  • 日々のコミュニケーションや他部門との良好な関係性を通じて、チームワークと質の高いサービスを構築する。
  • AmanのPurpose & Valueに基づく職責とコンピテンシーを確実に理解し、また部下に対する理解促進、指導・育成を実行する。

    • "職務責任"

  • アシスタントフロントオフィスマネージャー、アクティビティマネージャーとの協働により、充実した顧客体験のための最新情報(アクティビティ、観光名所、レストラン、施設等)を提供する。
  • 顧客の到着にあわせてグリーティングを徹底し、素晴らしい顧客体験の提供準備が整っていることを確認する。
  • セールスオフィスや顧客と約束したサービスが円滑に提供できるよう、適宜、他部門を交えたミーティングまたはホテルイベントを企画・主催し、他部門との連携を深める。
  • 職務責任にはビジネスの追跡、販売促進やキャンペーンの実施、在庫管理および給与管理などが含まれる。
  • 日常業務を管理・計画し、的確な業務指示を与え、常に適切な人員配置を行う。
  • ホテルサービスや商品、アクティビティをアップセルするためのマーケティング活動を指揮する。
  • サービス品質および顧客満足度の目標を設定し、達成する。
  • 顧客からの要望や苦情には適切に対応し、ご意見を求めることで持続的に高いレベルでの顧客満足を維持する。
  • 顧客の期待に満たすためのデータ把握と分析を行い、ロイヤリティを形成する。
  • ビジネスパートナーおよび取引先等との良好な関係を確立、維持しながら、部門利益の成長に努める。
  • 全社的なマーケティングプランと連動した部門予算と財務計画の立案に関与し、必要に応じて部門統計、業績ならびに予測分析の報告書を作成、提出する。
  • ナイトオーディット業務と日々のキャッシャー業務を統括し、顧客による各種決済および金銭取引の安全性を確保し、正確な財務管理を監督する。
  • 顧客の個人情報やクレジットカードセキュリティ体制を万全にし、定められた手順を遵守する。
  • AMANEMUが常に注目されるリゾートであるよう、各部門長およびPR、またはAMAN関係者との緊密な連携を図る。
  • フロントオフィスやアライバルパビリオン、パブリックエリアのコンディションを巡視し、日常的な点検活動を確実に実施する。
  • すべての設備、備品が正常に作動し、定期的に清掃されていることを確認する。メンテナンスまたは修繕等の必要性がある場合は、迅速にエンジニアとの連携を図る。
  • インスペクションの結果に応じて、総支配人への報告を徹底する。
  • 緊急時、非常事態の発生時における連絡の中心的役割を務め、地域の消防署、警察署、救急隊員等とのつながりを構築、維持する。
  • その他、割り当てられた責務を遂行し、また当直マネージャー(MOD)を務める場合もある。
    • QUALIFICATIONS

    求められるもの

  • 流暢かつ正確な日本語と英会話能力。
  • 高い文章能力。
  • Microsoft OfficeとPMS(Opera)の高い運用能力。
  • 学士号または高等教育の資格、2年間のマネジメント経験を含めたホテルまたはリゾートでの顧客サービスの実務経験。
  • ラグジュアリーホテルのフロント経験(5年)
