DX人材コーディネーター【代表直下で裁量/デジタル人材×大手企業の架け橋に】
【仕事内容】
プロジェクト・コーディネーターとして、企業とデジタル人材をつなぐ重要な役割を担っていただきます。
(1) 登録者対応
登録者の履歴書・職務経歴書を確認し、スキルやキャリアの志向性を面談で丁寧にヒアリングします。
面談内容をもとに、希望条件にマッチするDX関連案件を提案します。
(2) 企業対応
DX人材を求める企業から、プロジェクト内容・スケジュール・求めるスキルや経験などの要件をヒアリングします。
ヒアリング内容をもとに、要件にマッチした人材をリストアップ・ご紹介します。
(3) マッチング・フォロー
登録者と企業の双方が面談を希望する場合、日程調整や面談実施のサポートを行います。
双方の合意が取れた後、契約締結・業務開始に向けたフォローを行い、スムーズな参画を支援します。

・日本を代表する大手企業やグローバル企業のDX推進責任者、コンサルファームのマネジメント層から直接相談を受ける機会があります。これにより、DXプロジェクトに必要な体制設計力やケイパビリティの定義力が養われます。
