Nike ストアのサービス&セリングリードは部門のスペシャリストであり、店舗に訪れる全てのお客様に最高のエクスペリエンスをお届けすると同時に、店舗の全てのアスリート(スタッフ)にも最高のエクスペリエンスを提供するために、ヘッドコーチ(店長)やアシスタント ヘッド コーチ(副店長)、コーチをサポートする役割を担います。
サービス&セリングチームにおいては、接客を通じてお客様の期待を超えるサービスを提供し、顧客満足度の向上とKPI向上に貢献することが求められます。お客様一人ひとりのニーズに寄り添い、Nikeブランドの価値を最大化します。
Nikeのサービス精神を体現することで、初めてランニングを始める方から、さらなる高みを目指すスポーツチームまで、あらゆるコンシューマーにサービスを通じてインスピレーションと価値を提供します。
Nikeが提供する各種トレーニングやプログラムを活用した、チーム全体のスキル向上とサービス品質の継続的な改善も重要な役割です。

・職務内容:
①プレミアムな消費者体験を目指し、グローバル及びジオグラフィーのプログラム導入/実施を促進するため、ヘッドコーチやアシスタント ヘッド コーチ、コーチをサポートしビジネスを加速させる。
②スタッフの教育及び能力開発をサポートするため、日々の業務や短期ベースで注力する業務を計画する。プレミアムな社員体験の実現。
③円滑な店舗運営を遂行するため、販売及びトレーニングなどをサービス&セリング責任者として管理する。
④Nike が定めるポリシーや規定を徹底し、優れたストアオペレーションを実行する。
⑤戦略的計画の実行をリードするため、積極的に提案を行う。
⑥店舗内の関係部署と協働してスタッフのコーチングを行う。
⑦チームのプライオリティを理解し、接客を通じて顧客満足度とKPI(例:Conversion、UPT、顧客満足度など)の向上に向けた具体的なアクションを現場の最前線でリードする。
・応募条件:
① Nikeブランド及びスポーツへのパッションとプロダクトの知識があること
②リテールでの販売及びチームリーダーとしての経験(雇用形態不問)
③リテール及びアパレルの知識、流行やファッショントレンドに敏感であること
④周りを巻き込みリードしていくリーダーシップ能力と実行力があること
⑤問題解決能力があり、責任を持って意思決定ができること
⑥コミュニケーション能力が高く、周りとの関係構築をスムーズにできること
⑦英語スキルがあれば尚可(日常会話ができると好ましいTOEIC470程度)
⑧スポーツの魅力を伝える接客体験を体現し、顧客満足と売上向上を両立できること
