認定こども園にて、
教育と保育の両面から子どもたちの成長を支える
保育教諭業務全般をお任せします。
実務未経験・ブランクのある方も、
安心してスタートできる体制です
【具体的な業務内容】
1.保育・教育業務
- 日常生活のサポート
登園時の受け入れ、身支度の補助、
年齢に応じた生活習慣(手洗い・片付け等)の指導を行います。
- 食事指導
誤嚥防止に配慮しながら、
正しい姿勢やマナーを伝え、
「自分でできた」という達成感を大切にします。
- 午睡・休息の見守り
0〜5歳児それぞれの発達段階に応じて、
安全に配慮しながら休息時間をサポートします。
2.教育活動・行事運営
- 教育・保育活動の実施
製作、歌、リズム遊び、体操、知育活動などを通して、
感性・表現力・協調性を育みます。
- 行事の企画・運営
運動会、発表会、季節行事などを実施。
準備は勤務時間内にチームで分担して行います。
- 子どもとの関わり
一人ひとりの個性や成長段階を大切にし、
安心して園生活を送れるよう見守ります。
3.記録・連携業務
- 保育・教育記録の作成
- 職員間での情報共有
- 保護者対応(連絡帳・簡単な報告)
【1日のスケジュール例】
07:00~ 順次登園・自由遊び
09:30~ 朝の会・クラス活動
11:00~ 昼食介助(別室で60分休憩)
12:30~ 午睡・保育準備・事務作業
15:00~ おやつ・自由遊び・降園準備
18:00~ 順次降園・片付け・終業

勤務時間詳細
総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間
7:00〜20:00の間での交代制(実働8時間)
※土曜出勤は月1回程度。平日に振替休日を取得いただきます 。

完全週休二日制(土日祝休み)

※現場状況により土曜出勤が発生した場合は、振替休日を取得、または休日出勤手当を支給
