仕事内容:
生成AIやAIツールの開発・活用に興味がある 学生向けのエンジニアインターン です。
最新の生成AI技術を実際に試しながら、「生成AIを活用したプロダクト開発」や「技術研究(R&D)」 に取り組み、実務レベルのスキルアップを目指していただきます。
「授業や個人開発だけでは物足りない」
「実際の現場で通用する力を身につけたい」

【主な業務内容】
■ 生成AI・AI技術の調査・検証
- 生成AI/AI関連技術のリサーチ・検証
- Dify や LLM を含むツールの調査・活用検討
■ 自社R&Dテーマの企画・開発
- マルチエージェント構成の検討
- プロンプト設計・改善
- 生成AIを活用した新しいアプローチの試行
■ アウトプット・情報発信
- 技術記事の執筆(テクニカルライティング)
- Notionを用いたナレッジ共有・ドキュメント整理
■ 周辺業務
- データ加工・前処理などの開発サポート業務

データ活用・業務自動化・AI導入といったテーマを中心に、「現場で本当に使われるシステム・仕組み」をつくることを重視しています。

今回の募集では、生成AIやAIツールの活用に関心があり、実務を通じて成長したい学生エンジニアを求めています。
インターン業務の中心は、
- 生成AIを活用したプロダクト開発
- R&D(技術研究・検証)活動
ですが、少人数のスタートアップのため、希望とスキルに応じて、関われる領域を広げやすい環境です。
Google Cloud や 生成AI を活用した開発に携わることで、
- エンジニアとしての実装スキル
- 新しい技術をキャッチアップする調査力
- クライアントの課題を捉えるビジネス感覚・課題解決力
といった力をバランスよく磨くことができます。
「学生のうちに、AIスタートアップの現場で実務を経験してみたい」という方にフィットするインターンです。
