<業務内容>

M&Aアドバイザーとして、以下のすべての業務に従事していただきます。

・金融機関へ向けた営業活動

・M&A案件の開拓、提案

・企業価値評価、資料作成

・買い手企業への具体的な提案

・トップ面談の調整、同席

・契約書類作成、条件調整、条件交渉

・クロージング

金融機関営業活動を行い、パートナー契約を締結します。提携先からの紹介が主なソーシングの経路です。

それ以降は担当者が案件のクロージングまで一気通貫で対応します。マッチングは法人部が行うため、効率良く多くの案件を進めることができます。

AI・DXの活用により効率化された環境があるため、顧客との折衝に多くの時間を使うことができ、自身の成果を最大化することができる環境です。

<研修体制>

(1)入社前研修 入社後のスタートダッシュを切っていただくため、事前にオリジナル動画や書籍などで学習をしていただける環境があります。

(2)入社後研修

入社後6ヶ月間かけて実務の研修を実施します。1ヶ月目は座学でM&A概論、企業概要書作成、企業価値評価、マッチング、コンプライアンスについての研修を行います。(現場で営業しながら、並行して研修を実施します)

2ヶ月目以降は基礎講座と実務講座を受講していただきます。必須のものと任意のものがあり、大学の講義のように自身で必要なものを選んで受講します。

また現場でのOJT研修も行っています。リーダーとのロールプレイングや、マネジメントを専門で行っている本部長との同行訪問など、現場の案件に沿って学ぶことができます。

(3)必要に応じて必要な研修

動画やテキストで学習材料が共有されているので、自身が苦手なことにフォーカスをして学習でき、PDCAを回しながら成長できます。

(4)実績上位者向け特別研修

各職位で特に成績が上位な方には、より高見を目指すための特別な研修を受けていただくことができます。高度なノウハウや、マネジメントスキルなどについて学ぶことができます。
