仕事内容
外構の営業として、
「もっと提案に集中できる環境で働きたい」
「紹介や問い合わせのお客様と、丁寧に向き合う仕事がしたい」
そんな想いをお持ちではありませんか?
当社は、地域密着で
外構・タイル・植栽などのエクステリア工事を手がけてきた会社です。
今回は、ホームセンターからご紹介いただくお客様や、
地域の一般のお客様からの直接のご依頼を中心に、
外構工事の提案と現場管理を行うスタッフを募集しています。
飛び込み営業や無理な新規開拓は一切ありません。
お問い合わせや紹介によって発生する案件にじっくり向き合い、
駐車場・フェンス・門扉、タイル施工、植栽など
住まいの外回りの工事をトータルでご提案いただきます。
さらに、契約後は
現場の段取り、施工業者の手配、工程管理、完工確認 など
"現場管理"の業務も担当していただきます。
営業から現場まで一貫して関わるため、
自分の提案が形として完成するやりがいを強く感じられる仕事です。
見積書作成や現場資料の管理には、
Excel・Wordなどの基本的なPCスキル が必要となります。
外構・エクステリアの営業経験や、現場経験がある方は
即戦力として活躍できます。
給与は、経験に応じて
月給25~30万円スタートが可能。
外構工事は単価が大きく、
頑張りがそのまま収入へつながる仕組みを整えています。
