Your artistic expertise will contribute significantly to our brand presence in the Japanese market. Key responsibilities include tailoring designs to resonate with the Japanese audience, considering cultural nuances and preferences, staying informed about current design trends and preferences within the Japanese market, generating imaginative concepts that align with our brand and effectively convey messaging to the Japanese audience, translating conceptual ideas into visually compelling designs for both digital and print mediums, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, contributing to the evolution of our brand's visual identity in alignment with Japanese aesthetic preferences, creating graphics, illustrations, and layouts that maintain brand consistency across all design elements, efficiently managing multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work, demonstrating a profound understanding of Japanese typography, layout, and composition principles, and applying this knowledge to create visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our message. Requirements include proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, familiarity with Japanese design trends and cultural aesthetics, strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-cultural environment, understanding of digital design principles and experience in creating designs for various digital platforms, and fluency in Japanese and English (spoken and written) for effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
