Description
The Rakuten Link application is being expanded to integrate over 70 services developed by Rakuten.
We are currently extending the implementation of this concept, enabling customers to access various services on a single platform.
This platform will be expanded globally to collaborate with internal and external partner companies, providing more services to customers.
By connecting all group services and external partner services, we aim to enhance the user experience and grow the ecosystem of the entire group.
This role requires creating website designs and plans based on Rakuten's core strategy, including leading the website design, page layout, and graphic unification of diversified elements from a designer's perspective.
Please design websites considering new possibilities, without being constrained by the conventional image of Rakuten.
Position:
Job Summary
This position is responsible for strengthening directional work due to service expansion (business expansion).
Key Responsibilities:
Team management for the Creative group
Design creation of web pages, promotional banners, etc.
Design quality management for smartphone Apps and Websites
Establishment and operation of design guidelines
Mandatory Qualifications:
More than 3 years' experience in web direction
Experience in team management
Desired Qualifications:
UI architect and direction experience for smartphone Apps/websites
Experience in UI prototyping for smartphone Apps/websites
Experience in UI architect by platform and understanding of its regulations
General understanding of HCD (Human Centered Design)
Experience in design creation based on design regulation (Preferable: Experience in developing design regulation)
Experience working in English
