仕事内容:

電源機器・半導体メーカーで、営業事務をお願いします。

主に、受注入力やデータ登録、在庫管理、納期調整、請求書発行などをお任せします。

その他、見積書や資料の作成、電話・来客対応などの庶務も発生します。

Word・Excelの基本操作やビジネスメールの使用経験があればスムーズに業務に進めることができます。

駅チカで通勤も便利です。

※営業事務については未経験OKです

・受注入力(1日5~10件前後、使用システムはSAP等)

・データ登録

・在庫管理

・納期確認・調整

・請求書の発行

・製品の出荷指示

・見積書・資料の書類作成

・電話対応(慣れてきたら1日10件、メールがメイン)

・郵便物の対応、コピー、ファイリング

・来客対応(受付、給湯室の片付け)

※トイレ掃除は月1回程度の当番制
