業務内容

  • 地盤改良における設計業務

当社の主力事業である地盤改良工事における

技術職の募集です。

中層混合処理工法「パワーブレンダー工法」の

パイオニア企業であり、地盤改良工事を

ソフト面から支援する業務を担当します。

【具体的な業務】

  • 軟弱地盤解析
  • 地盤改良工法での対策工の検討

【より詳細な内容】

・円弧すべりや圧密沈下、液状化地盤などを対象とした検討業務

・地盤改良体を適切に用いた提案業務

・パワーブレンダー工法による適切な設計法の開発業務

<顧客との折衝・打合せなど>

計画されている土構造物の調査段階から

顧客と詳細な打ち合わせを行うと同時に、

その内容をもとに、適切な提案を行います。

<各種学会への参加>

一定水準まで開発が進んだものは学会等で

論文を発表してもらうこともあります。

【入社後について】

入社後はスキルに応じた業務からスタート。

軟弱地盤解析に十分な経験がない場合も、

先輩による指導のもとで

「円弧すべり計算」や「圧密沈下計算」、

「地盤改良の検討書作成」、「FEM解析」等、

段階を踏んだ経験を身につけることができます。

地盤改良工事での「パワーブレンダー工法」と

「パワーブレンダー工法」は、震災地の復旧や

災害対策に尽力。一方の「アーバンリング工法」も

ゲリラ豪雨や大型台風等による浸水被害から、

街や人々を守るための"雨水幹線施設"などにも

  • 専門・短大・高専卒以上の方で、

下記のいずれかに該当される方

・土木、建築系の学部・学科を卒業された方

・建築土木系の技術職経験をお持ちの方(文理不問)
