業務内容

  • 地盤改良工事の施工管理

地盤改良のパイオニア企業として、

「パワーブレンダー工法」等の特許を

保有する当社にて、地盤改良工事の

施工管理業務をお任せします。

主な業務は以下の通りです。

【具体的な業務】

・現場職人の方への管理/監督業務

・納期迄に安全に工事が進むように品質・工程管理

・工事計画、搬入計画など

【業務スタイル】

メインは現場での工事管理となります。

現場を運営する際には、

  • 工事計画の職人への指示
  • 品質・工程・安全・原価・環境等の

管理業務が中心となります。

【入社後は】

入社後は2週間の支店研修を経て、

1~3年の施工管理業務(地盤改良工事)を経験。

研修は四街道営業所が管轄するエリアとなり、

先輩と一緒に現場へ行き、先輩の指導の下で

施工管理方法を学びます。

【資格取得】

この1~3年の間に、資格取得支援のもとで

資格を取得。その後も現場での経験を積み、

近い将来は工事責任者も目指せる環境です

地盤改良工事での「パワーブレンダー工法」と

地下空間施工の「アーバンリング工法」という

特許技術を保有。特に軟弱な地盤を固くする

「パワーブレンダー工法」は、震災地の復旧や

災害対策に尽力。一方の「アーバンリング工法」も

ゲリラ豪雨や大型台風等による浸水被害から、

街や人々を守るための"雨水幹線施設"などにも

広く活用されています。
