TIER
IVは、オープンソースの自律走行ソフトウェアであるAutowareの開発・運用を行い、自律走行に関連する幅広いアプリケーション、ソリューション、サービスを提供しています。
その中でSensing技術開発チームは、自動運転システム開発の中核として、Lv.4自動運転の実現に必要な様々なセンサーのインテグレーションや評価、同期やキャリブレーション、ノイズ除去や外界認識などのセンシング技術を提供しています。

Sensing
Team
Managerのポジションは、チームの組織運営面でのマネジメントを行うことが期待されます。Sensingシステムの性能向上と自動運転車における実時間での動作に責任を持ち、会社の方針からチームの開発方針を議論・決定し、チームメンバーをコーチングしながら目標を達成していくことが求められます。Sensingチームでは、国内外の様々なSensorベンダーから最新の情報を収集して、自動運転車に必要なセンサ構成も検討します。社内外で幅広いステークホルダーが存在する為、円滑な開発が進められるための調整が重要となります。AutowareはOSSとしての一面を持つため、時にはOSS
contributorと連携し、開発評価と品質管理を進めることが求められます。

- 国内外のSensorベンダーからの製品仕様の情報収集
- 自動運転におけるSesningの要件分析
- 短期および長期的なチームの開発方針策定
- 開発プロセスの定義・改善
- 開発の進捗管理と品質管理
- メンバーのコーチングを通したチーム運営
- OSS
contributerと連携したAutowareの開発評価・品質管理
- 継続的な改善を目的とした、開発プロセス全体のふりかえりの主導
- R&Dで開発した技術をプロダクトへ繋げるための要件定義や計画

Requirements

/>1:自動車/ロボット/センサ関連企業における5名程度以上の開発チームでの1年以上のマネージャー経験、もしくはそれと同等な経験

/>2:以下いずれかにおける5年以上の開発経験

- 自動運転/ロボティクス分野でのセンサーシステムの開発(センサーコンフィグレーション、キャリブレーション、同期、ノイズ除去等)
- 自動運転/ロボティクス分野でのセンサデバイスの開発
- 自動運転/ロボティクス分野での機械学習基盤/評価基盤の開発
- OSSへの自律走行技術の貢献
