仕事内容:

未経験から年600万円を目指せるOA機器提案営業

・オフィス機器(複合機、電話機、防犯カメラ)の提案営業

・監視カメラや社内ネットワークの施工提案

・業務用OA機器やネットワーク機器の点検・保守

・ファイルサーバーや防犯セキュリティ機器の販売・導入提案

・お客様への訪問営業(1日3~4件程度)

・経費削減や業務効率化のソリューション提案

1件あたりの売上は70~100万円で、成果は売上の10%をインセンティブとして還元。入社半年で平均月7~8件の受注が可能になれば、月収50万円以上も現実的です。

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間: 9:30~18:30(実働8時間)

営業先によっては直行直帰、宿泊対応も可能です。

営業時間の基本体制 平日の9:00~18:00が基本営業時間ですが、お客様の緊急対応や要望によっては時間外の勤務もあります。ただし、会社で全て対応いたしますので、ご安心ください。

給与構成:

・基本月給 280,000円~450,000円(経験・能力を考慮の上決定)

・インセンティブ:売上の10%を還元(1件70~100万円の受注で、契約時に支給)

・みなし残業代(40時間分、5万円)を含む。超過分は全額支給します。

・入社1年目:800万円(月給30万円+歩合給440万円)

・入社2年目:1,000万円(月給40万円+歩合給520万円)

・賞与年2回(6月、12月)
