2024年問題など、物流全般の省人化、自動化が求められるなか、当社ΣSynX物流ソリューションへの期待が高まっており、物流の未来・あるべき姿 を描き、 改革実現に向けた道筋・施策を示しながら、物流インフラのスマート化を進めています。

現在、物流知能化事業は新事業として立上完了した段階であり、今後も不確実で変化する社会課題解決に挑み、成長し続ける組織を目指しており、そのためには事業拡大をリードする人材が必要です。

また、当該事業は三菱重工の中期計画において成長領域と位置付けられており、社としても重要な事業領域です。

仕事内容
冷凍冷蔵倉庫(冷凍機、非常用発電機を納入)、または物流自動化ソリューションの意匠設計及び施工管理を担当頂きます。現地工事期間中は現地責任者も兼ねて頂きます。主な業務は以下です。

・新規・既存顧客への提案営業(意匠図作成、プレゼン)

・ゼネコン、サブコンとの協議、DOR決定

・契約に向けた仕様書・見積の作成、スケジュール策定、商務条件協議、社内リスク審査対応

・図面作成・承認

・プロジェクト期間中の顧客・チーム・ゼネコン・サブコンとのコミュニケーション管理はじめ、プロジェクトマネジメント全般

・現地責任者として、工程、コスト、安全、品質、BP、コミュニケーション管理、諸官庁への届出、周辺住民への説明対応

ソリューション事業統括室は総勢20名の室です。

様々な製品を扱ってきた研究所、技術および営業メンバーが、キャリアを積み重ねた専門分野での経験をもちより一丸となり新規事業を立ち上げている職場です。

求める能力・経験・資格(必須)
・ゼネコン、デベロッパーでの建設事業経験

・一級建築士及び一級施工管理技士(どちらも)

・現地工事責任者の経験

・お客様、ビジネスパートナー及び社内関係者と円滑にビジネスを遂行できる交渉力及び調整力。

・広い視野、高い関心力をもって新規事業展開に貢献いただける方。

・学歴:大卒以上

・監理技術者(管、電気、機械器具設置)

・物流業界での業務経験

・TOEIC600点以上の語学力

勤務時間 8:30~17:30 ※フレックスタイム制度あり(コアタイム無し)
