【業務内容】

・イベント企画、運営、商品のPRや販売促進

・イベント進行やお客様対応

【特徴】

・販促や集客に関わる意見やアイデアを積極的に受け入れ

・ビジネスマナーや接客ノウハウの研修あり、未経験者も安心

・2~3ヶ月で仕事の流れを習得可能

・経験を積んだ後は社内でのキャリアチェンジも可能

・転勤なしでイベント会場へ直行直帰可能

求める人材:

※未経験歓迎

勤務時間・曜日:

10:00~19:00(所定労働時間8時間、休憩1時間)、ほとんどの現場は10:00~18:00(所定労働時間7時間、休憩1時間)、週休二日制、年次有給休暇(10日~最大20日)、特別休暇

勤務地:

※原則屋内禁煙

給与:

昇給年2回(6、12月)、賞与年2回(6、12月)、通勤手当全額支給、社会保険完備、時間外手当支給、定期健康診断の実施、社員研修制度、福利厚生施設利用可(リゾートホテルなど)、産休・育休制度、ベビーシッター券配布あり、シフト希望の考慮、喫煙スペースあり
