◆住宅型有料老人ホームの施設長補佐◆

A. 大阪市東住吉区にある住宅型有料老人ホーム「ライフリゾート東住吉」で、利用者様の生活をサポートしています。
Q. 具体的に何をするの?
A. 施設運営管理業務全般の補佐として、行政対応、職員の指導及び管理、ご利用者様の入退去対応、各関係機関との連携、家族様対応、事務業務の管理などを行います。

月給300,300円~337,300円の安定収入に加え、令和7年5月1日からベースアップ昇給実施予定。賞与支給・社会保険完備・勤続10年以上で退職金制度あり。通勤手当は月額上限17,000円まで実費支給で経済的負担を軽減します。

15時間分の固定残業代39,200円~44,000円を給与に含み、超過分は別途支給の透明性の高い給与体系。処遇改善手当も含まれ、介護業界での待遇向上を実感できます。

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥300,300 〜 ¥337,300は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥42,500〜¥44,000(15時間相当分)を含む。15時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

※超過勤務の有無に関わらず15時間分の固定残業代として支給。15時間を超える分は別途支給。
