◇DX(コンサルティング~開発)事業
DX事業では、クライアントに対してコンサルティングから開発工程・グロースまでEnd to Endでのご支援を行っております。
創業以来、SIerとしてクライアントのIT課題における解決を行って参りましたが、
現在は、コンサルティングからグロースまでEnd to Endでご支援が叶う体制構築をすべくマネジメントコンサルシフトを推進しています。
これまでのSIerとしての経験で培ってきた技術力を活かしたコンサルティングを行うことで、
クライアントにより深く本質的な課題解決を提供できると考えています。
METATEAMの強みはプロジェクトのフェーズに合わせて柔軟に対応できる体制にあります。
実績のあるコンサルタントが複数在籍しており、

2023年5月にはクリエイティブ部門を新たに立ち上げ、WebやUI/UXデザインの領域でも

◇グローバル事業
2013年よりグローバルITカンパニーを目指す第一弾として
オフショア開発をグループ会社間で解決するため、ミャンマー子会社を設立しています。
今後はこれをアジア全域に広げ、日本toアジアのビジネスだけでなく、
アジアtoアジア、世界to世界のビジネス基盤を中長期で創り上げていきます。

マネジメントコンサルシフト推進中
創業以来、SIerとしてクライアントのIT課題における解決を行って参りましたが、現在はITコンサルティングからグロースまでEnd to Endでご支援ができる体制構築をすべく、マネジメントコンサルシフトを推進しています。
これまでのSIerとしての経験で培ってきた技術力を活かしながらITコンサルティングに幅を拡げることで、クライアントにより深く本質的な課題解決を提供できると考えています。
そういった背景から2022年にコンサルティング部門を立ち上げ、現在、100名近くのコンサルタントが在籍しております。
今後はより幅広い業界でのお客様への貢献、コンサルティング機能の強化、お客様にとって最適な組織づくりをしていきたいと考えております。
仕事内容
当社は2006年の創業からチームワークを強みに、日本の未来を切り拓いていくSaaS企業様や
メガベンチャー企業様からの《インターネットサービスの立ち上げ》や《社内のIoT化》のご相談を受けてまいりました。
社員数が400名を超える中でも安定とチャレンジの両方を追求し続けた結果、
昨年2022年には新規メタバース部門を立ち上げ、徐々に規模を拡大させながら
現在はメタバース/ゲーム/ブロックチェーンなどの開発プロジェクト等に参画し、お客様と共にサービスを作り上げています。

【メタバースの市況感について】
既にご存知の部分もあるかと存じますが、IT技術の進歩によりメタバースの汎用性が飛躍的に向上し続けているのが現在の市況です。
2022年に約8.4兆円だったメタバースの市場規模は、2030年には約200兆円にまで拡大すると言われています。
運営者がどのようにその仮想空間を定義するかによって、メタバースの利用方法は無限に拡大するため、
幅広い分野のビジネスで活用しようとする動きが行われています。
常にチャレンジをし続けてきた当社だからこそ、この市場に目を付け50名、100名規模のメタバース部隊として、
会社の根本を支える事業として成長していくために今期からより一層力をいれて採用・営業拡大を行っています。
【メタバース戦略部について】
現在25名ほどエンジニアが在籍しており、メタバース(フロント側)とブロックチェーン(バック側)で分かれています。
1年をかけて徐々に成長してきた部署ではありつつも、
まだまだメンバーを牽引できる中堅層が足りていないという課題もあり、
豊富な開発経験を持つ方を必要としています。
