Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

① Demand Forecasting

  • Adjust and align demand forecasts for each product based on sales targets set by the sales team

  • Conduct gap analysis against sales targets and develop concrete proposals to close gaps

  • Facilitate consensus-building with market leaders and business units

  • Incorporate advance information from the sales team—such as market trends, large order plans, and bulk shipments to customer networks—into forecasts, reflecting the impact of promotions and campaigns

  • Work closely with regional sales managers and representatives to gather and integrate insights on key markets and customers

  • Act as the liaison with the domestic supply chain team to support product transfers and distribution to relevant warehouses

  • Share information with S&OP managers in Japan and Korea to ensure consistency in supply-demand planning

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales promotions and analyze product distribution and penetration using secondary sales data by customer and market channel

  • Serve as an analyst for the sales team, reviewing and reporting sales trends by power brand

② Budget vs. Actual Management

  • Prepare sales budgets by channel and branch

  • Manage and monitor actual sales performance

③ Sales Expense Management

  • Manage sales rebates, promotional expenses, and depreciation costs

④ Sales and Cross-Functional Support

  • Provide support for sales activities

  • Facilitate smooth product sales through collaboration with related departments
